Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this site, book with us, and buy from us.
Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Beyond Wellness LLC, trading as Beyond Wellness, of 1770 Newport Blvd, Suite B, Costa Mesa, California 92627.
By using this website, booking an appointment, or buying a service, membership, package, product or gift card from us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms were last updated on August 19, 2026.
This website is not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician.
Reading this site, filling in a form on it, or booking an appointment through it does not create a provider and patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are assessed by one of our clinicians and they accept you into care.
Descriptions of services, compounds, protocols and prices are provided so you know what we offer. They are not a recommendation that any of it is suitable for you. Whether a treatment is appropriate depends on your history, your examination and, in most cases, your laboratory results. Individual results vary and nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular outcome.
Our services will not, and are not intended to, cure any underlying medical condition, and they are not an alternative to medical treatment by a licensed medical professional or to care that can be provided at a hospital or by your primary care physician.
Statements on this site about supplements, peptides and wellness services have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and those services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Some of the treatments we offer, including certain peptides, may be viewed by the mainstream medical community as new, off label, or experimental, and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the uses described. Your clinician will discuss this with you before you begin.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website, email or any form on it to report an emergency.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website to book or purchase.
Treatment of a minor or a dependent requires a parent or legal guardian to be present and to sign the Informed Consent and Release of Claims on their behalf. There is no minimum age for treatment.
Our services are provided in person at our Costa Mesa clinic. Where we offer telehealth, we can only treat patients who are physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of the appointment. Currently, that is California.
Consent to treatment
Before your first treatment you will be asked to read and sign our Informed Consent and Release of Claims. That document is separate from these terms and it governs the treatment itself. It sets out, for each service, the purpose, the procedure, the possible benefits, the risks and side effects, and any contraindications. It also contains a release of claims and a waiver under section 1542 of the California Civil Code.
Nothing on this page replaces that document, and nothing on this page obtains your consent to treatment. Booking through this website is a request for an appointment, not consent to a procedure. You will have the opportunity to ask a clinician questions and have them answered before you sign.
You may be asked to sign an updated consent if you begin a service you have not had before, or if the clinical picture changes.
A copy of the current Informed Consent and Release of Claims is available at the clinic on request.
Your responsibility to disclose
Before you receive any service, you must tell us about all of your health conditions, allergies, medications, supplements, implanted devices and drug use, including any controlled substances. You must also tell us if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
Some of our services have specific contraindications. The Ammortal Chamber, for example, requires clearance from your physician if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, insulin pump or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy or a seizure disorder, active cancer, a fever or acute infection, severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled blood pressure, photosensitivity or a photosensitising medication, or implanted metal or recent surgery in the treatment area. Your clinician will go through the relevant list with you.
To the extent you do not disclose these things in advance, the risk of any resulting injury or harm rests with you. This is set out in full in the Informed Consent and Release of Claims.
Booking and cancellations
Appointments are booked through our booking system. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us, not when you submit a request.
To cancel or reschedule, call us directly. We do not currently support cancelling or rescheduling online, and a change is not confirmed until you have spoken with us by phone. You can call any time through the day of your appointment.
We may need to reschedule an appointment, for example if a clinician is unwell. If we do, we will offer you the earliest alternative, and you may have a full refund of anything you paid for that appointment instead.
Where this website and the booking system disagree about availability, price or terms, the booking system at the time of purchase is authoritative.
Memberships, packages and credits
Memberships. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and require an initial three-month commitment. After that, you may cancel at any time with seven days notice before your next billing date.
Membership credits. Membership credits are issued month to month. They do not roll over, and they must be used within the month in which they are issued. Unused credits are not refunded and do not survive cancellation. Membership credits cannot be applied to other memberships.
Prepaid credit bundles. Credits bought as a prepaid bundle, rather than issued as part of a monthly membership, do not expire and may be used at any time toward any service other than a membership.
Packages. Packages of prepaid sessions are bought as a whole. Packages do not expire, unused sessions may be transferred to another person, and we do not offer refunds for unused packages.
Price changes. We may change membership prices. If we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to you, and you may cancel instead of accepting it.
Products and supplements
Vitamins, nutritional supplements and other products bought from us are covered by these terms and by the Informed Consent and Release of Claims.
Products are non-refundable, unless they arrive in an obviously damaged condition. If a product is damaged, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement.
Supplement protocols recommended by your clinician are personal to you and are based on your history, your goals and, in most cases, your laboratory results. They are not general advice and should not be followed by anyone else.
Gift cards
Gift cards may be redeemed against services at our Costa Mesa clinic.
Under California law, gift certificates sold for cash generally do not expire and generally cannot carry a service fee, and a card with a small remaining balance may be redeemable for cash. Our gift cards are issued on that basis.
Gift cards are not reloadable, are not replaceable if lost, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where California law requires it.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price that applies is the one shown in the booking system when you complete your purchase.
We make every effort to keep prices on this site accurate. If a price here is wrong, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.
Payment is taken by our booking and payment provider, subject to its own terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Unless stated otherwise, our services are not billed to health insurance and are paid for directly by you. We do not currently accept HSA or FSA cards.
Refunds
In summary:
- Products are non-refundable unless received in an obviously damaged condition.
- Packages never expire, may be transferred to another person, and unused packages are not refunded.
- Membership credits do not roll over and are not refunded.
- Memberships require the initial three-month commitment set out above; after that they may be cancelled at any time with seven days notice.
- Appointments we cancel or reschedule are fully refundable if you prefer a refund to an alternative time.
- Gift cards are governed by section 9 and by California law.
Services already delivered are not refundable. Individual results vary, and a result that differs from what you hoped for is not on its own a basis for a refund.
Communications, results and email
When you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your appointments, your results and your care.
Laboratory results by email. You may choose to have blood work and other laboratory results sent to the email address you provide. Email is not a secure method of communication and does not meet HIPAA security standards. If you choose email, you accept that risk. You may decline, in which case you can review your results with us in person instead. This choice is recorded on your Informed Consent and Release of Claims and you may change it at any time by telling us.
Marketing messages. By giving us your phone number or email address, you also agree that we may send you SMS and email marketing about our services, offers and news. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply STOP to any message.
You can manage your communication preferences, including appointment reminders and marketing messages, at any time through your client portal, or by calling us.
How we handle your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Photography, video and marketing
We do not photograph, record or publish anything identifying you without your separate written permission.
Media consent is a specific, optional section of the Informed Consent and Release of Claims, with its own initials, and it can be declined without affecting your treatment in any way. If you do consent, you grant Beyond Wellness LLC and its authorised marketing partners the right to use the resulting photographs, video and recordings, including your name, likeness and voice, in promotional material across any media.
Reviews, testimonials and before and after images published by us are from patients who gave consent. Individual results vary and a testimonial is not a promise of a similar outcome.
Our content and trademarks
The text, photography, design, logos and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Third party names and marks that appear on this site, including the names of laboratories and devices we work with, belong to their owners and are used to identify the services we provide.
Patient instruction sheets and other resources we make available for download are provided for the personal use of our patients, to support treatment we have prescribed. They are not general medical advice, they are not a substitute for the instructions your clinician gave you, and they should not be redistributed or relied on by anyone who is not our patient.
Third party services and links
This site links to and embeds services operated by other companies, including our booking system, our scheduling tool, form and video providers, and mapping. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those, not by these terms.
Laboratory testing is performed by independent laboratories, and some services are provided by independent licensed practitioners. Those parties set their own procedures and, in the case of laboratories, their own analytical standards and turnaround times.
A link from this site is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of a site we link to.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the clinical care we actually provide to you. Disclaimers on this page are about the website and its content. Our obligations as your healthcare provider are governed by the standard of care and by California law, and they are not affected by anything written here.
Limitation of liability
What this section does not touch. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for willful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under California law. Clinical care sits outside this section entirely. If you are harmed by treatment we provided, this section does not apply to that claim.
What this section covers. Subject to the paragraph above, this section applies to your use of this website and to the commercial side of our relationship with you, bookings, memberships, packages, credits, gift cards and products.
Damages we exclude. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill or loss of anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to these terms or this website, even if we were told that such damages were possible.
Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims falling within the scope of this section is limited to the greater of the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars.
Allocation of risk. You acknowledge that these limits are a reasonable allocation of risk between us, and that our prices reflect them.
Where the law says otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only to the extent permitted, and the remainder of this section continues to apply.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Wellness LLC and its owners, officers, employees and contractors from any third party claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
- your breach of these terms;
- your misuse of this website, including any unlawful use of it or any attempt to interfere with its operation;
- content you submit to us or publish about us, including any claim that it infringes another person's rights or is defamatory; and
- your failure to disclose a health condition, allergy, medication, supplement, implanted device or drug use that you were asked to disclose before treatment.
This section does not apply to any claim arising from our own negligence or misconduct, and it does not require you to indemnify us against a claim that you yourself bring.
We will tell you promptly about any claim we expect you to cover, and you may take part in its defence at your own expense. We will not settle a claim in a way that places an obligation on you without your agreement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Orange County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Order of precedence. If these terms and the Informed Consent and Release of Claims conflict on anything to do with treatment, the signed Informed Consent and Release of Claims applies.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you hold a membership or a package, a change that materially reduces what you have already paid for will not apply to your current term without notice to you, and you may cancel instead of accepting it.
