Dr. Gaurav Goswami, MD
Medical Director
- Triple board certified in surgery, interventional radiology, and regenerative medicine.
- 23+ years in clinical practice. 15+ years in regenerative medicine.
- Among the first physicians in Orange County to offer regenerative cell therapy.
- Certified by the American Board of Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Gaurav Goswami is the Medical Director of Beyond Wellness, where he oversees clinical protocols, supervises the care team, and sets the standard behind every therapy offered at the Costa Mesa clinic. He is a triple board certified physician in surgery, interventional radiology, and regenerative medicine, with more than 23 years of post-fellowship clinical experience and over 15 years dedicated specifically to regenerative and longevity medicine. He is also the founder of The Goswami Clinic in Newport Beach, opened in 2009 and since expanded internationally, and both he and the clinic are certified by the American Board of Regenerative Medicine.
He earned his medical degree from Grant Medical College at the University of Bombay, where he completed his surgical residency and was named chief resident. He went on to a surgical research fellowship at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and a radiology residency at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York, again as chief resident, before completing a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Inova Alexandria Hospital through the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He previously served as chief of vascular and interventional radiology at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and co-chaired the multidisciplinary liver clinic at the University of Washington. That interventional background is what pulled him toward regenerative and cell-based medicine, and he was among the first physicians in Orange County to offer regenerative cell therapy.
His approach at Beyond Wellness begins with data rather than assumption. Comprehensive bloodwork and biometric testing come first, and the plan follows what the results actually show. He favors the least invasive option that fits the goal, is direct with patients about what any given therapy is and is not for, and revisits the plan as new labs come in.
