How often do you come in?

Membership basics
How do Beyond Memberships save me money?
You receive more in service credits than you pay. Elevate members pay $500 and receive $750 in credits, which is $250 in bonus value every month.
When does my membership start?
It activates immediately at purchase. You receive your credits right away and can book the same day.
What can I use my credits on?
Any Beyond Wellness service, with no exclusions or restrictions.
Billing and payments
How am I billed?
Your membership renews automatically each month on the card on file, charged on the same date you signed up.
What if my payment is late?
There is a 7 day grace period. After that, benefits are suspended until payment is received.
Credits and benefits
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Each month you receive a fresh allocation.
Can I use credits on another membership?
No. Money Credits cannot be used to buy a membership, including a per-service one.
Can I bank my monthly consultations?
No. Consultations must be used within the calendar month and cannot be accumulated.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep them through the end of your current billing month. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Commitment and changes
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. After that you can continue month to month or cancel with 7 days notice.
Can I change tier?
You can upgrade at any time during the first three months and we prorate the difference. Downgrades are available once the initial commitment is complete.
Can I pause my membership?
Not during the initial three months. After that, contact us to discuss options.
Cancellation
How do I cancel?
After your three month commitment, cancel any time with 7 days notice before your next billing date.
If I cancel mid-month, do I get a refund?
No refunds are given for partial months. You keep access to your credits through the end of the billing period.

How do I sign up?
Choose your tier, enter your payment details, and your benefits begin immediately.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. During the first three months you can only upgrade. After that you have full flexibility to change tier with your next billing cycle.
