Membership Basics
Q: How do Beyond Memberships save me money? A: You receive significantly more in service credits than you pay. For example, Elevate members pay $500 but receive $875 in credits—that’s $375 in bonus value every month!
Q: When does my membership start? A: Your membership activates immediately upon signup. You’ll receive your credits right away and can start booking services the same day.
Q: What services can I use my credits for? A: Your monthly credits can be applied to ANY Beyond Wellness service—no exclusions or restrictions.
Billing & Payments
Q: How am I billed for my membership? A: Your membership automatically renews each month using the card on file. You’ll be charged on the same date each month that you originally signed up.
Q: What happens if my payment is late? A: We offer a 7-day grace period for late payments. After 7 days, membership benefits are temporarily suspended until payment is received.
Credits & Benefits
Q: Do unused credits roll over to the next month? A: Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Each month you receive a fresh allocation of credits to use. This encourages regular wellness maintenance and consistent self-care.
Q: Can I bank my complimentary monthly consultations? A: Monthly consultations must be used within the calendar month and cannot be rolled over or accumulated.
Q: What happens to my credits if I cancel? A: When you cancel, you keep access to your credits through the end of your current billing month. Cancellation stops the next month’s renewal.
Commitment & Changes
Q: What is the minimum commitment? A: All new memberships begin with a 3-month commitment. After completing these 3 months, you’re free to continue month-to-month or cancel with 7 days’ notice.
Q: Can I change my membership tier? A: During your initial 3-month commitment, you can upgrade to a higher tier anytime (Maintain→Elevate or Beyond, Elevate→Beyond). We’ll prorate the difference for that month. Downgrades are available only after completing your initial commitment.
Q: Can I pause my membership? A: Memberships cannot be paused during the initial 3-month commitment. After this period, please contact us to discuss options.
Cancellation
Q: How do I cancel my membership? A: After your 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Contact our team to process your cancellation.
Q: If I cancel mid-month, do I get a refund? A: No refunds are provided for partial months. You’ll maintain access to your credits through the end of your current billing period.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership later? A: Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. During your initial 3-month commitment, you can only upgrade (not downgrade). After the commitment period, you have full flexibility to change tiers with your next billing cycle.
